Step 1. Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.

Step 2. Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.

Step 3. All goods be fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, insure the unshakable the whole pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.

Step 4. Use forklift to load the goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation. Container loading process with careful inspection.

How can I get an accurate price quote?

Price is based on specific requirements. Please provide: 1) Shop drawing / window schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, etc.).

Are your windows and doors standard sizes?

Our products are custom-made. We manufacture windows and doors tailored to the buyer's specific dimensions and architectural requirements.

What is your standard delivery time and payment terms?

Delivery time is typically 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are normally 30% - 50% T/T deposit, with balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.

Do windows come with glass installed?

Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on dimensions to ensure safe transportation and easy installation onsite. Onsite glazing is recommended for oversized products.

What warranty do you offer?

A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering frame non-fading and non-peeling, along with smooth operation of hardware under normal use. Replacement parts are supplied via courier if quality issues arise.
