Q4: What is your standard delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery Time: 28 to 45 days after deposit receipt and shop drawings are confirmed.
Payment Terms: 30%-40% deposit, with the remaining balance paid prior to shipment after final inspection.
Q5: Do windows come pre-glazed or do they require onsite glass installation?
Windows come fully assembled with complete glass, frame, sash, and hardware installed in the factory, allowing direct installation into your wall opening onsite.
Q6: What warranty is provided for your products?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame color durability (non-fading/peeling) and smooth hardware functionality. Replacements are dispatched immediately via international courier in case of quality issues.
