The standard minimum order value is USD 30,000 per order. For orders below USD 30,000, an additional color adjustment and packaging fee may apply.
Delivery typically takes 38 to 45 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are officially confirmed.
Standard durable powder coating finishes include Frost Black and Silver Grey, with custom colors available upon request.
A 10-year quality warranty is provided covering frame finish (anti-fading/peeling) and proper functional operation of hardware and accessories under correct usage. German hardware carries a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, replacement parts are sent promptly via international courier.
