Q3 What are the standard sizes for your windows and doors?

Our products are custom-made. We manufacture windows and doors tailored directly to the buyer's specified dimensions.

Q4 What is your standard production and delivery time?

Standard delivery takes approximately 38 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are confirmed.

Q5 What are your accepted payment terms?

Normally, 30% - 50% of the total amount via T/T as a deposit, with the remaining balance settled before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

Q6 What warranty terms do you provide?

We provide a 7-year quality warranty covering frame color unfading and non-peeling, as well as proper hardware functionality. German hardware includes a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be delivered promptly via courier.
