All of our products are customized according to your specific sizes, designs, and colors. Our standard order MOQ is typically USD 30,000. Orders below USD 30,000 will incur an additional color adjusting and packing fee of USD 800.
Q3 What is the estimated delivery time for an order?
Delivery generally takes between 28 days to 45 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are officially confirmed.
Q4 What finishes and colors are available for the aluminum frames?
Our standard powder coating options include Frost Black and Silver Grey. We also offer RAL customized color matching, electrophoresis, and anodizing surface treatments upon request.
Q5 Do windows come pre-glazed or do they require onsite installation?
Our windows and doors come fully assembled with glass, frame, sash, and hardware completed in the factory. You only need to install the complete unit directly into your wall opening onsite.
Q6 What warranty terms and payment methods do you accept?
Warranty: A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering frame anti-fading, non-peeling, and hardware operation under proper usage. Includes 10 years warranty for German hardware. Immediate replacement parts are dispatched in case of quality issues.
Payment Terms: 30%-40% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance paid after inspection prior to shipment.
