Packaging & Shipping

Step 1: Wrap window corners with hard, thick corrugated board and tighten with protection film.

Step 2: Place on iron steel pallets capable of loading 2.0 T goods (holding approx. 10-15 units of doors & windows).

Step 3: Fix all items with steel bars and screws to iron pallets to prevent shaking. Wrap entire pallet with protective film against water & dust.

Step 4: Use forklifts to load goods into containers; insert airbags in pallet spaces to guarantee 100% safe transportation.

Prices are based on specific requirements. Please provide: 1) Shop drawings/schedules showing dimensions, quantity & type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type, color, and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, Argon gas, etc.).

Q3 Are your windows and doors standard sized or custom-made?

All our products are custom-made according to the buyer’s specific dimensions and design requirements.

Q4 What is your typical delivery time and payment terms?

Delivery time is approximately 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Standard payment terms are 30%-50% T/T deposit, with the balance due before delivery (Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted).

Q5 What does your 10-year warranty cover?

We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame color unfading/peel-off, and smooth working hardware/accessories. Immediate replacements via international courier are dispatched for any quality-related issues.

Q6 Are windows delivered pre-glazed or glazed on-site?

Glass is generally pre-installed at the factory based on dimensions to ensure safe transit and easy installation. On-site glazing is recommended only for oversized products.
