How can I get an exact quote?
The price is based on buyer's specific requirement. Please provide shop drawings/window schedule to show dimensions, quantity, frame color, and glass type/thickness specifications to help us quote an exact price.
What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
Our products are CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's specific dimensions.
What is your delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery time is typically 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmed. Payment terms normally require 30% - 50% deposit by T/T and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering frame unfading and non-peel-off, as well as hardware and accessories operating properly under correct operation. German hardware includes a 10-year warranty.
Are your products certified?
Yes, our products meet Australian standards, and we can also have products tested and certified as required by your local regulations.
