Delivery Time: 38-45 days after deposit and shop drawings are confirmed.
Payment Terms: 30%-40% deposit, with the remaining balance paid before shipment following quality inspection.
Q5: What standard finishes and colors are available?
Our standard powder coating options include Frost Black and Silver Grey, along with custom colors tailored to your design specs.
Q6: What warranty support is provided?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering frames against fading or peeling, and ensuring hardware operates properly. German hardware also includes a 10-year warranty. Replacement parts are dispatched promptly via international courier in case of quality issues.
