What is the standard size and color options of your windows and doors?
Our products are customized based on client requirements regarding size, design, and color. Standard aluminum frame colors include powder coating in Frost Black and Silver Grey.
What is your delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery takes 38 to 45 days after deposit and shop drawing confirmation. Payment terms require a 30%-40% deposit with the balance paid prior to shipment following product inspection.
Do your windows come pre-glazed or is onsite glazing required?
Windows and doors come fully assembled with complete glass, frame, sash, and hardware. You only need to install them directly into your wall opening.
What is your warranty policy?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, ensuring frames will not fade or peel off, and all hardware and accessories operate properly under correct usage. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. In case of any quality issues, replacement parts are provided via international courier immediately.
